I’ve coached hundreds of young athletes throughout my career, but Ella stands out in a rare and exceptional way. For several years, she has trained with me two to three times a week, and her consistency, work ethic, and mental discipline are unmatched. Ella shows up prepared, positive, and fully committed — even on the toughest days.
What impresses me most is her character. She leads with humility, encourages other players on and off the court, and treats everyone with respect. Ella brings the same drive and leadership I see during practice to her academic life and her community service. She is the kind of student-athlete who elevates any environment she is part of."
I have watched Ella grow into a young leader whose compassion is far beyond her years. She first came to Greater Harvest Church with a desire to help others, and from that moment on, her dedication has only deepened. Ella was the inspiration behind the creation of her nonprofit, Ella’s Angels — a vision born from her heart for service and her desire to uplift families in need.
This year, she partnered with our church to provide Thanksgiving meals to 240 families, demonstrating extraordinary initiative and generosity. She also donated a website to support our ministry, a gift that strengthens our outreach and ability to serve the community.
Ella leads with kindness, humility, and unwavering commitment. Her ability to mobilize volunteers, organize large-scale events, and bring hope to others is truly remarkable. She is a blessing to our church and to every life she touches.
Over the last ten years, I’ve had the privilege of watching Ella grow into one of the most disciplined, determined, and compassionate young people I’ve ever known. Her accomplishments speak to an extraordinary level of dedication: a blue belt in karate, Level 12 in swimming, a varsity tennis player, and a scholar who holds a 4.0 GPA in high school while also maintaining a 4.0 at LACC as a dual-enrollment student.
Ella has earned more than twenty certificates from some of the world’s most prestigious institutions, published two books by the age of fifteen, and continues to build meaningful community impact through Ella’s Angels. But what stands out the most isn’t the résumé — it’s her heart. Ella is caring, humble, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to uplifting others.
At only fifteen, she is already the kind of person who inspires the people around her, and I couldn’t be more proud of the leader she is becoming.
